An Association Update
Note: All Association Correspondence Should be Sent to:
Northwestern Association

It has been a while since we have seen a post here on the NWA website- and honestly, a lot has changed. The world has changed and the Northwestern Association finds itself at a crossroads- lots in all this change, unsure of where it stands and what it’s purpose is.
Currently the Association is a gathering of 31 churches all along Western New Brunswick. All these churches are doing ministry in their communities and fulfilling their individual mandates. These churches together own and support the ministry of Shiktehawk Bible Camp. They also exist within the Canadian Baptist of Atlantic Canda framework. This association is limping currently though. The executive that oversees the work of the association is comprised of 4 members of a typical 9. This has meant that many of the typical works have not been able to be completed and without these positions being filled we don’t see how the association can continue to operate.
If you, your church, or someone you know feel your gifts could be used at the association level please reach out to Moderator Dan Austin. We are currently looking for a Treasurer, a Secretary, a Licensing Team Leader, and a Conference Team Leader.

Sharing Our Stories
One of the goals of the new website of our Northwestern Association is to provide a platform for sharing our stories and promoting upcoming events. Every now and then, you'll see a story featured here from one of our churches.
Stay tuned as we continue to develop this site. And thank you for your patience.
